Mahogany, brass, back-painted glass. Made by Giordano Chiesa for the offices of Vembi Boroughs. Sculptural desk featuring three top locking drawers, four drawers with shaped wood handles and inset glass top. Appears to have been recently refinished. Original patina to the brass. Very good condition. This desk has been authenticated by the Gio Ponti Archives.
